Boyd Siatwaambo is a first generation African American who started at UC as a housekeeper and worked his way up to being a supervisor of OR sterile processing. He was also the liaison between the doctors  and the processing and supply departments.

Kamiliya Killings started off as a lab tech/ phlebotomist, eventually working her way up to becoming an intensive care nurse in the medical ICU.

Both of them saw the demands and burnout of COVID pandemic on the healthcare team.

They left UC so inspired by the demand and aftermath of COVID that they decided to take this demand and supply the healthcare field with new, fresh eyes to help everyone in the medical field in the future.
