One candidate is running unopposed for Indianapolis City-County Council District 25: Republican incumbent Brian Mowery is running for re-election to represent Indianapolis City-County Council District 25.
Mowery assumed office in 2016. Currently, he works at Key Bank as a financial wellness consultant.
The Indianapolis Recorder and WFYI sent Mowery six questions to help voters learn more. Mowery did not respond to the survey.
Early voting opened Oct. 11. Election Day is Nov. 7.
