SEATTLE – Monday, In Seattle municipal court, a judge heard the many incidents that 20-year-old Liban Harasam is accused of, when he was near Sand Point Elementary school last week. Witnesses told KOMO, that includes going into a classroom with children inside.
Kale Tinsley, who works as a custodian at the school, says “”He grabbed two children.”
