It has been noted that often that Black people would rather turn to church, friends or healing circles than seek professional help. It is important for every member of our community ot develop self care strategies. Finding time to exercise and rest is critical. Knowing what is in your food is most important. Seeking out assistance from others is essential. Working collaboratively with others can change the world.
