The Historic Site and Monument Commission (HSMC) approved the honorary street naming designation of Hartridge Street for Rev. Matthew Southall Brown, Sr. on September 7, 2023. Rev. The name “Hartridge Street” will not be removed. This is an “honorary” street naming designation. Your support is needed to make the honorary naming of this street come to fruition.
