Will Hansen is named the new Director of Villard Ave, BID #19
Milwaukee, WI – Havenwoods Neighborhood Partnership is pleased to announce the appointment of Will Hansen as the new Director of Villard Ave, BID #19. Hansen brings experience and knowledge to the role, having worked in economic development and community engagement in various downtowns throughout Michigan.
“We are thrilled to have Will Hansen join our team,” said Executive Director of Havenwoods Neighborhood Partnership, Stephanie Harling. “His experience and passion for community development will be invaluable in leading Villard Ave, BID #19 in its mission to revitalize the neighborhood and promote economic growth.”
Hansen will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Villard Ave BID, including managing events and promotions, coordinating business recruitment and retention efforts, and collaborating with local stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
“I am excited to join the Havenwoods Neighborhood Partnership team to continue to build a vibrant and thriving community,” said Hansen. “I look forward to collaborating with our partners, businesses, and residents to support economic growth, foster a sense of community, and promote the unique character and assets of the Villard Ave corridor.”

Villard Ave, BID #19 is a Business Improvement District located near the Old North Milwaukee neighborhood. The BID is managed by the Havenwoods Neighborhood Partnership, a community- based nonprofit organization. The organization is dedicated to revitalizing the Villard Ave corridor by promoting economic growth, beautification, and safety.
