The Central Indiana Regional Transportation Authority will host Car Free Day in Indianapolis on Friday, Sept. 22.
Car Free Day is an annual international event encouraging individuals to carpool, bike scooter, walk or ride the bus to create a cleaner, healthier place to live.
To celebrate, CIRTA will host live music from The Doo! Band, breakfast from Wild Eggs and lunch from Domino’s Pizza. The event will also have vendors and free giveaways.
