The nonprofit organization 100 Black Men of Western Pennsylvania recently completed its Infolink 100 Summer Computer Camp, of which the 2019 graduating class now has a leg up on the competition when it comes to information technology.

For multiple weeks this summer, the students were introduced to, among other things, creating websites, graphic design and Microsoft Excel, and used some of their newfound computer knowledge in real-world situations.

The 100 Black Men of Western Pennsylvania organization knows the future is computers. It seems like everything is a computer these days, and yes, that includes your phone.

These students were equipped with plenty of computer-based information that will help them in their careers.

The specific focus of the 100 Black Men of Western Pennsylvania is mentoring, and the organization touts it has successfully mentored over 850 students in the Greater Pittsburgh area for more than nearly 30 years.
