BCE Media Inc., announced today, the expansion of its digital media portfolio through the acquisition of the online fashion retailer website African Fabric Co.

Led by CEO Pamela Ashe-Thomas, BCE Media Inc., now operates online properties Black Vendors List, Black Cultural Events and the forthcoming Black Cultural Tours.

Founded in 2016, BCE Media Inc. is an online marketing, communications and production media company whose flagship property is BlackCulturalEvents.com. This website is an online events calendar that offers a gateway to the rich cultural life of Black Southern California.

“This addition to our portfolio is very much aligned with our offerings to the African American community. We strive to be a positive influence in our communities. We believe African Fabric Co offers our customers positive and fashionable lines that will be of great interest,” said Pamela Ashe-Thomas, CEO, and co-founder of BCE Media Inc. in a news release.

“We know that our success depends on creating value for our customers in our local communities,” she added.

The Black Panther movie has increased interest in African themed clothing. The African Fabric Co. has stylish and creative women’s and men’s Ready-To-Wear lines that are of particular interest to Afrocentric consumers.

By expanding its offering BCE Media Inc. looks to meet those needs and will continue to look for new opportunities to provide for their community of followers.
